Had an ortho physician use the c arm to verify position reducing and repairing an open wrist fx. This is our first case with the c arm. I am not sure what code to use 76000, 77002, or 73110?

I am billing for the ASC and we own the c arm.

76000-TC would be the appropriate code, but you should check the CCI edits to make sure it does not bundle. Fluoro often bundles with fracture codes.
