Wiki Foreign Body Removal

Need help coding 2 different removals. One was Qtip from Navel and the other Thistle from finger. Both were simple with no incision or sutures.

Any suggestions?

you're probably going to only be able to use the E/M code..but perhaps someone else has a different opinion.

I believe for simple removals like these, you will have to use E/M codes.
