when my pysician is performing a acl reconstruction he often uses frozen tendon can I charge for it and if so how?:(
 
typically the cadaver is supplied by the facility. Unless your physician is purchasing it himself, then no..you can not bill for it.

The application of the graft is already part of the procedure code.
 
sorry I forget sometimes who codes for who. Since you are coding for the ASC, you can use C1762 for the cadaver itself, dont forget the C1713 for the screws and you will probably have an L8699 for some other stuff (ie tension band, wire, etc).
