Has anyone had denials on the new G2211 with the Medicare Advantage plans (particularly Humana Medicare)? Thoughts??

We are in PA and seeing the same thing. We've developed an appeal letter which we are sending with the updated claims processing manual section and the change request issues on January 18th. Appeal, appeal, appeal!

Hi there, I agree that this is likely a system update issue and payers just aren't ready to process the code. For Medicare Part B, the implementation date for the code is Feb. 19.
