I recieved the following email and am wondering if anyone has feedback?

"-Would you please send an email out to the roundtable asking if anyone files claims to Medicare for grafts ie: 15100, 15101, 15002, 15003 and 15004, etc. We are experiencing a terrible time getting Medicare to pay on these line items, specifically the add on codes. Whether or not to use modifers seems to be the debate. This issue has been long standing, many, many phone calls to Medicare with as many wrong answers on how to file these claims.



We just need to know if anyone has the apparent top secret info."

no modifiers are necessary nor should be placed on "add on" codes. (I've read it somewhere, If I find it I'll post it)
