I have a patient who had a LSH and she had to return to the OR because the abdominal wall site from the first surgery was oozing red blood. The supraumbilical site had to be reopened and a diagnostic laparoscopy revealed a cervial stump hematoma. This was casuterized. Then the pelvic cavity was irrigated and Dr. did a closure of the abdominal wall incision. What is the correct CPT codes?
