H0006 Alcohol and/or drug services; case management

I've been asking out state Medicaid about this code and they are saying "CMS changed the NCC edit on this code from 15 mins to per service back on 9/2021."

Where would I be able to look this up to verify that H0006 is per session and no longer per 15 minutes? Thanks
