Hi Fellows,

Thank you for everyone who is patiently answering questions here and sharing their knowledge. I really appreciate your help.

This surgery is new to me. What fluoroscopic guidance code can I incorporate with the hammer toe procedure? This is an open procedure (28285). Op-report stated:

Under fluoroscopy technique, the kwire was drilled through the base of the intermediate phalanx out to the end of the toe retrograded across the proximal phalanx to create an arthodesis.
