Has anyone ever used this code before? I am new at this, being that I am in a new department that dabbles in a few different specialties. I was asked from a Family Practice office if this code was covered under Medicare part B and if it would be a free visit. Does the patient need to sign a ABN form? and what is the cost of this visit ect. :confused: Can anyone help!
 
Does G0447 need to be billed with the 278.00 and the V code for the BMI? Medicare states must be billed with one the V-codes for BMI. TIA
