I have a doctor the put G2P1 as a DX but I cant find an ICD9 code. Please help.

That is not information that leads to a diagnosis code, that is the number of pregnancies a women has had and how many live deliveries (Gravida 2 Para 1). The doctor was probably trying to express that the patient is pregnant, but you will need to get more info for that diagnosis.
