Good Morning all! I need help! (sometimes literally!) a patient had a total knee done and an autologous grafting to large cyst in the medial femoral condyle same knee. can this be reported together and if so what code do i use for the grafting? Thanks in advance!

hmmmmm I dont "think" that it is separately reportable.
why: because in the lay description it states "Depending on the integrity of the joint surface of the patella, the physician may also make a bone cut to remove damaged cartilage. If the joint surface is healthy, it is left intact."

anybody else have any thoughts?
