My physician saw a patient and he feels as though there should be better codes to describe what he did for this patient. He did multiple biopsies of 2 forehead ulcers including dura mater, removal of multiple synthes plates and screws from prior reconstruction, finally debridement of bone and necrotic soft tissue.

He gave me cpt codes: 20205, 20680,11100 and 11001.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
