Pateint presents to the ER with symptoms of wheezing for 4 days. The patient has a history of Asthma and allergic rhinitis. The patient also mentions that they had a boil for 4 days on their arm and a rash. The patient has changed detergents prior to the development of the rash. Patient has a history of skin cancer. The physician orders and has performed nebulizer treatments and presciption for steroid aerosol inhaler. OTC hydrocortisone and warm compresses for the rash and boil.

Select the correct diagnosis code:
A) 493.90, 782.1,680.3, V10.83
B) 493.20,477.9, 680.3, 782.1, V10.82
C) 493.00, 477.9, 680.3, 782.1, V10.83
D) 493.00, 680.3, 782.1, V10.83

Patient has a history of allergic rhinitis, not a current episode of....
V10.83 other malig. of skin (melanoma is not mentioned)
A boil is more acute than a rash.

Answer D is the best answer. A would be an option.
