I am scheduled to take the CPC-H exam soon and have the Coding Exam Review Book by Carol Buck, however, it is missing the CD. Any suggestions how I can get the CD quick!?!?
 
from where ever you obtained the book perhaps? If you ordered it online, I would call the vender and have them overnight it to you.
