Op note states. "Medial gutter showed synovitis and this was debrided. The medial compartment showed thinning of the cartilage and a bony ridge, or spur that was removed w/ a burr.
A large bone spur that was again impinging against the medial femoral condyle, this was debrided using a burr. The lateral compartment showed some mild cartilage damage and again the menisucus was intact. There was, however, a bone spur again anterolateral that was impinging against the tibia. This was removed using a burr and some synovitis in the lateral gutter was debrided using a shaver. The knee was irrigated. The scope was removed.
