Can someone please help me with the following: Dr turned in surgery slip that says "Arthroscopy left shoulder, laberal debridement and bursectomy". Unfortunelty I do not have an op report.:( Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

I will assume that you will wait until you get the op note to confirm the coding...29822 is for a limited debridement.

Thank your for your help! Dr just did this procedure so I won't have op report until the beginning of next week but I wanted to get a point in the right direction.
