Need help with:
Release of skin bridges x 3 and partial scotal resection with removal of multiple cyst.
the skin bridges were released first with a clamp and then divided with sharp dissection. A few 7-0 chromics were used to close one of the incisions, dermabond was used to close the others.
Scrotal area now addressed, we took out a large area of multiple cysts, there were 3 other cysts that I divided and used a cautery. The scrotal lesion itself was them closed.
