Wiki Help with cpt 75716

Hello everyone - I need help with understanding when to bill for cpt 75716 - is it okay to bill this when both lower extremities are interpreted just to the knee? I'm trying to help a co-worker understand when to bill this code.

Any help is appreciated.

There is no direction to state that one must image the whole extremity/extremities. ..here's a quote from my CSI book....Codes 75710-75716 include all relevant leg anatomy. However an extremity arteriogram does not have to include imaging and interpretation of every single artery in the extremity.
