What would be the best icd 10 code for psychogenic unresponsiveness?

I think you would need to know more info...how is the patient unresponsive; verbally or are they able to speak but not move their limbs; or are they completely unresponsive as in a coma?
 
Patient was unresponsive to pain and any type of external stimulus. She was not moving or talking spontaneously to pain and she had no reaction. When placing her hands on top of her face and letting it fall by gravity it never hit her face and appeared to move up or to the sides.
