Can someone please help me with a diagnosis code for enlargment of skin lesion? and painful skin lesion? would this be 782.0 or 782.9 thanks

I think 782.9 is enough for both the condition...

IMO, bouth should be coded as 709.9, as they are both ultimately skin lesions.
