I am helping our new Genetics dept create their charge document. One of the ladies said that there are some new codes for genetic counseling that came out last year. She said they started with 99. I am thinking E&M codes but she says they are for genetic, Medicine code. I could not find anything. Can anyone help me with these new codes?

amino acid compounds

I'm looking for clinical labs that run amino acid tests (plasma/urine) and what cpt codes you're using for billing. We test from 36-42 aminos for human genetic disorders. We're using 82139 for 6 or more aminos. We're looking at including about 5 other assays and wonder what other geneticists are doing.
