Patient was seen by PA for E/M (99214) with endo nasal scope (31231) and Nasal Cauterization (30901) on 1 day. Patient was brought in the next day to be seen by MD, where E/M (99214) with endo nasal (31231) was performed. I can not bill the second E/M correct? This will fall under global correct?
 
Both CPT codes 31231 and 30901 have a zero-day global period, so the global period would not extend to the next day and would not affect your billing.
