Wiki help with knee procedure!

I hope someone can help me with this. I think my brain is failing.
Doc did:
Extensive lateral release with relocation of chronically dislocated patella, Trochlea-plasty, Tibial tubercle medialization, Medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction with soft tissue allograft, and Vastus medialis obliquus tendon imbrication and advancement.
I am usually good with knee coding, but i think this one is out of my league. any help is appreciated!
