I am having a hard time finding an additional diagnosis code to add. I am billing for laboratory OH. My diagnosis codes I have are R94.5, Z11.59, R79.89. I have tried to add Z72.89 but that doesn't take my error away in the clearing house we are currently using. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
