i work for an urgent care headquarters here in tempe, az and was wondering how INR for medicare gets paid on.

i know inr is 85610 and has a qw modifier with it, and it needs a diagnosis code for why the patient is getting the inr done, is that all i need to do or is there something else i need to do????
