Our Travel Medicine clnic bills patients directly for all services. Does not even submit to insurance, as these are strictly prophylactic. I believe they use dummy codes just for tracking purposes.

why wouldn't it be the CPT 90632/90633/90634 (which ever) along with the adminstration code and dx code of V05.3?
regardless of the fact that they're going to India, it's "still" a need for prophylactic vaccination and inoculation against single deseases... isn't it?
