I know I've been asking about giving credit for ROS -- as many of you have, but I've never seen this statement before:

"Review of Systems: Negative x14 in all different systems"

There is no way I can give credit.

If that is all, then I would definitely not give it. Looks like a "blanket-statement". There should be a mention of positives and pertinent negatives. I don't see that in this line.

If there is nothing wrong why are they being seen?

I would not give credit for that. This would only even seem remotely reasonable if it was a well check and in that case there are no requirements on ROS.

Thanks Laura and Karoline -

I did not give credit for it. I've never seen that statement before and it does say anything to me. I can't guess at what systems were reviewed or anything.
