What specifically are you looking for? HIPAA does not govern work areas or get into specifics about that kind of thing, but rather sets general rules for privacy and security of information. It's a requirement for each organization to create and enforce their own policies and guidelines for their employees and work areas to ensure that the protected information is kept secure and inaccessible to unauthorized individuals in accordance with the terms of the law.
