We are having a lot of patients that need EKG's done or health follow up exams and forms filled out for sports after having COVID. Has anyone found a good dx code that should be used that insurance will also process. We have been putting Z86.16 (personal history of COVID-19); however, many insurances are not liking that code. Please let us know any other possible dx codes. Thanks.
