I am new to coding holters, event monitors and King of Hearts. Seems like it should be easy but I find it confusing. I have the CPT codes but I don't know what date of service to bill. I think I read it depends on what kind of device. I hope that's not true. Can you tell me about the King of Hearts and when what dos to bill. Is it the confirmed/signed dos? Is it the end of the test dos? Do all follow suit? I am billing the pro-fees. Any help is appreciated as I am stressed trying to figure this out on my own, Thank you
