Hello coders, I need help with determining the fee for "thermal shrinkage" of the ACL. My surgeon decided not to do the 29888 procedure and did the themal shrinkage. What other cpt code would be comparable in RVU's for the work done. Would I use the 29888 minus a percentage since the thermal shrinkage is not as invasive? Any ideas? Thanks, Paula
 
Mary, thanks so much for the comparison cpt code. It is end of month and I need to get all my charges billed and I needed to add this to the fee schedule. Thanks again, Paula
