We are starting to offer HPV as the primary ordering test with a reflex to PAP if the HPV is positive. Was wondering on how you would code for the HPV on this scenario.

Patient comes in for a wellness visit. The physician orders the HPV as the primary test. The HPV is positive so it will reflex to the PAP and PAP is negative, but it could be positive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
