Patient is undergoing sigmoid colectomy and on exploration the gallbladder was severely hydropic in nature and given the patient's chronic lung issues and potential critical illness related to the purulent peritonitis, I felt it best to resect this gallbladder that appeared to be dysfunctional. Pathology comes back as no diagnostic abnormality. Any suggestions for diagnosis code???? Pt has Medicare.

Thanks
