Hello, Trying to get an accurate code for a provider but I can't find it in the ICD 10 CM book. This is a outpatient counselors office and the provider put the code HZ46 but I can't find it in my book. Can someone help find a better code for outpatient drug abuse counseling?

It's in the ICD10 Procedures classification, not the ICD10 Diagnoses classification. ICD10 Procedures are used in hospital and inpatient settings, not for outpatient providers.
The Z71.5 series of ICD10 codes are for drug abuse counseling, under persons encountering health services for other counseling and medical advice, not elsewhere classified. There is likely a better diagnosis code. Go back to the provider and ask them for the diagnosis in words.
