Can anyone help with this DX please & thank you!
 
I couldn't find anything good. T78.49- might work Allergy, unspecified. I was directed to it by the index, Allergy > specific NEC.

Another idea might be J30.89 - Other allergic rhinitis and the follow the use additional note and code of Z77.22 (exposure to environmental tobacco smoke) and/or Z57.31 (occupational exposure to environmental tobacco smoke)
