Wiki ICD-10-CM diagnosis code for hemorrhagic conversion of thrombotic cerebral infarction (stroke)?

I would appreciate some help with choosing the ICD-10-CM diagnosis code for "hemorrhagic conversion of thrombotic cerebral infarction (stroke)." I came up with I61.8. Any thoughts? (Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.)

That is what I came up with as well. And I believe you would also code stroke with that as well? If it is a sequelae of a stroke, it would be coded to I69.1-.
