report does not tell me . Since I have to meet productivity requirements Im not sure which code to use .

Clearly they are intubated for a reason but without that information you have no choice but to use Z99.11.

'Intubated' isn't a medical diagnosis - there isn't a proper code for this. Although Z99.11 is likely, it's not supported just by the word 'intubated' alone. I wouldn't assign any code without more information.
