What is the ICD-10 for elevated left heart and right heart filling pressures, thank you!
 
This isn't really a diagnosis - it sounds more like a finding from a test. From this alone, it isn't clear whether or not the provider considers it a clinically significant finding that would warrant assigning a diagnosis code. You might consider using R94.30 or R94.69 for an abnormal cardiovascular function study depending on the context and wording of this in the documentation.
 
Thomas, this is the full postprocedure dx, could you please advise:
1) mitral valve thrombosis
2) nonobstructive coronary artery disease and a right-dominant system
3) Elevated left heart and right heart filling pressure with moderate to severe pulmonary hypertension and normal cardiac index
