How would you code a prosthetic joint infection L knee, pt. has surgical I&D to clean out infection. IV antibodies not managed by homecare agency. Infection is gram+ coccal rod and SN to provide care for wound management.

What do you have so far? It would be easiest to focus on either the ICD or CPT coding first so break the info out into which code book you need to look in.
 
No Cpt codes. This is for homecare. Coding T85.51Xa then infection, but not sure if I code z48.817 as well
