If this is a poisoning, as in an incorrect amount taken then code from the poisoning section first followed by a code for the rigidity possibly a 724.8 but without more documentation it is hard to determine. If this is an adverse effect, as the medication is appropriately taken then code the condition first followed by the adverse effect code.. In either case do not forget the e-code, I wish I could be more specific but my drug book is packed and I do not remember the other name for Haldol but look it up and then got to the table of drugs and chemicals.
