Can someone tell me if they have any information about if all insurance companies are going to accept up to 12 diagnosis codes starting October 1, 2014? I have been researching this but can't find alot out there. Any help would be appreciated.

Wiki ICD10 and insurance companies accepting 12 diagnosis codes

as of Jan 1 ,2012 the 5010 electronic transaction is suppose to have the ability to assign 12 dx codes, only 4 can be linked to a single line item, so the payers are suppose to already be able to accept 12 codes.
