Wiki ILIAC ATHERECTOMY CODE

We are trying to find the correct coding for an Iliac atherectomy service when performed above the inguinal ligament.
The only procedure code that we can find is a Category III code. 0238T.
This is not payable under Medicare, so wondering what others are using to code when this is performed. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

deeva456, thanks for responding. The issue that we are encountering is that when the patient has Medicare, the service is not covered, so all services are rejected.
