What diagnosis code would be submitted if you are coding MRIs and CTs and the report shows a finding that states cyst on right kidney? Do you have enough information in this statement to know if it's 753.11 or 593.2? Should you just leave the ordering diagnosis as primary in the absence of mor information?:confused:
