can i code a medial epicondylectomy w/ a ulnar decompression? or are they inclusive w/ each other
 
AAOS guidelines includes 24359 in 64718 (I'm assuming the neuroplasty was at the elbow). NCCI edits allow a modifier but you'd want to be sure all the modifier requirements apply.
