Hey All, I know each payer is different but does anyone know how I can obtain a list of the information codes. Meaning if you want to let a payer know that a certain measure has been completed without a visit but in the pasted what code is that. I hope this makes sense. Do I need to call each payer and find out?

Status Definition
M = Measurement codes. Used for reporting purposes only.
Q = Therapy functional information code (used for required reporting purposes only).
