My physician performs visco supplementation injections in our office. Can I bill seperately for the xylocaine/lidocaine or is that included in 20610. The Synvisc is billed seperately, but I have not billed the numbing agent seperately. What code should I use?

If celestone/depo medrol is injected, is there only one general code or is there a code for individual amounts of the medication
