Can you post what the edit reason is from the insurance carrier?
Help.. cant seem to get paid on 20553 with 729.0 dx code. Other injection codes are getting rejected as welll. Any suggestions?
Have you checked the carrier's Medical Policy, that would be my first step. If you have checked the policy ( if they have one) what does it say?
