Wiki INR Management Codes

It is our understanding that Medicare just recently changed their reimbursement for INR Management as it pertains to review and interpretation of data (CPT codes/G codes). We currently use the HCPCS codes G0249 and G0250 but were just notified we may be able to use the CPT codes 93792 and 93793.... Is anyone else using these new codes and if so could you please give some feed back....

I am currently billing these codes out and we have gotten reimbursement on them. But we are starting to run into a problem with them being denied due to NCD policy. A notice just came out on May 4, 2018 from Medicare stating 93792 and 93793 was added to the NDC in error. So I am hoping that they reprocess our denials. But I am going to call to get clearification. But if someone has some more info on this that would be awesome.
