Wiki insertion of catheter for pain pump, foot

Hello

I need help with a code for insertion of catheter for pain pump, left foot. Op note reads..... An incision was made and carried down to the level of
subcutaneous tissue taking care to Bovie, retract, or ligate all
neurovascular structures as necessary. The catheter was then inserted
and a Marcaine pain pump was attached to the proximal end.

In the Orthopedic Coder's Pink Sheet, dated January 2007, it states "Medicare considers post-operative pain care provided by the surgeon to part of the global surgical package (see the Claims Processing Manuarl, 100-4, Chap 12, section 40).

This article was specifically related to pain pump insertion.
