When coding this particulr procedure, do you code the arthroplasty separate from the transplant w/ graft? I was going to use 26483 and 26530 (with appropriate modifiers, of course). Also, the trapezoid was resected, an osteophyte was removed from there and the graft was 50% from the flexor carpi radialis. Mary, I specifically was wondering your advice but anyone else would also be very helpful!
